I filed a GRAMA Appeal with UTA Board Chairman Burton as set forth in UTA Corporate Policy 1.1.10 -Records Access and Management Policy. In response to my GRAMA appeal Chairman Burton has the UTA attorney send me a CEASE and DESIST letter. Prior to this meeting, the Board President sent out a draft Superintendent job announcement. The members of the Board were asked via email to review the document and give recommendations on changes.
